What is the right thing to say at this moment? Two very special girlfriends have lost a parent in the past two weeks. I am especially frustrated because I am not with both of you to comfort you. Bagpipes played Amazing Grace and the Irish Blessing was read on a sunny November morning below the flatirons in Boulder. Pastor Roschke delivered a poignant message to immediate family for the graveside service. 150 friends and family members later gathered for a beautiful tribute to Gran. She would have loved it!
